I work with children, teens, adults & couples/partners who are navigating the many layers of being human. As a queer and trauma-informed therapist, I enjoy supporting anyone who feels weighed down by the external expectations or “shoulds” that often get in the way of our growth, healing and liberation. With that comes the fun and challenging part of self-discovery, curiosity and imagination - to explore your values, needs and wants. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can show up as your full self. We'll work collaboratively so you can expect the therapy to be personalized to your goals, learning style and interests.
