I have been a licensed mental health counselor for 10+ years. I am registered Art Therapist and utilize expressive therapy in my work. I enjoy working with middle school aged children, adolescents & adults. I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD, phase of life changes and family challenges. I have experience working with a variety of populations from children and adolescents to adults. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
