Hi, I'm Danica Garcia, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist doing telehealth from Northern California. I have experience in a variety of specialties, but my current focus is helping my clients heal from trauma in a warm and grounding context. I love facilitating lasting change in the brain so you can live more fully! I see adults of all ages in individual therapy with a focus on how the past is affecting current functioning in order to bring wholeness and healing. Brainspotting is very effective for virtually any condition or diagnosis.
