Hi, my name is Danica Gurdinak, LPC and I work with both adults and adolescents. I specialize in mood disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. I utilize DBT, ACT, and TF-CBT mostly, but often pull from many other modalities. I often work with depression, bipolar, anger, anxiety, BPD, & trauma. I also work with life transitions and general stress. I keep it authentic, equal, and at times playful. I believe working with me feels like having someone truly care for you .
