Hi there. I’m Danica. Have you struggled to trust others throughout your life because something always seems to go wrong in relationships, leaving you feeling hurt, betrayed, or psychologically/emotionally drained? Is it hard to see your way to stable happiness without feeling like the other shoe will drop? Feeling fearful of relationships, lonely, anxious and depressed while others seem to be living their lives with little effort can be disheartening. I help individuals navigate and repair the aftermath of just about any sort of traumatic event you can imagine. My approach is eclectic and tailored to your needs. I use EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness strategies to help you soothe your anxiety, improve depression, and neutralize the overwhelming emotions associated with trauma.
