At Root to Rise Counseling and Wellness, I partner with clients to decrease suffering and increase ease. With many years' experience working in therapy practice, hospitals and clinics, and trauma-focused programs, my work addresses concerns including anxiety and depression, trauma, abuse and PTSD, illness and pain, religious/ spiritual trauma, transitions, grief, parenting, and relational challenges.
