Facing harsh or unfair circumstances can sometimes feel impossible, but I'm here to show you that it's not! Through the experience of facing medical complexity with my youngest child, I have learned so much about what it means to find joy, strength, and peace even through the hardest things, and I'd love to help you do this as well. My communication style is humorous, confident, and engaged. I will follow your lead but will also offer input, including helpful analogies and explanations of mental health concepts. I welcome disagreement and believe you are the expert on your own life.
