Hello! I offer in-office and equine-assisted psychotherapy. I'm not a passive counselor who leans back in her chair behind a clipboard, muttering an occasional “um-hum.” I am genuinely interested in hearing your story and helping you discover tools and insights to heal and grow. I view you as the expert of your own life and am proud of you for thinking about reaching out for help. My goal is to help you explore patterns and beliefs, find solutions for change and to help you create empowerment, freedom, and joy in your life. I have worked with a wide variety of mental health challenges but it is important to me not to focus on the diagnosis, but rather on the person in front of me. My approach is customized to each individual I work with, and clients come away feeling respected and valued rather than just treated like another client in a lineup.
