I am a Licensed Psychologist with expertise in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma related concerns, relationships issues, career issues, and identity concerns. I enjoy working with clients to accomplish their personal and mental health goals. I view the therapy process as a collaborative journey with clients. I utilize a culturally responsive, strength-based approach that is affirming and validating of individuals experiences. I work from a trauma informed lens to ensure that clients feel safe as they explore various aspects of their mental and emotional well-being. I use therapeutic techniques that integrate multicultural, relational, interpersonal, and CBT approaches. My role is to assist clients as they identify their therapy goals, and ensure that we continually assess whether we are taking the best steps to achieve their desired outcomes.
