Currently accepting new clients! I firmly believe that therapy can be as simple as a space to discuss and process the weekly challenges in our lives. I also believe that these spaces may also be occupied by individuals that struggle with addiction, self-esteem issues, relational issues, and other personal challenges. As a recovering addict, I understand you and your struggles. I want my clients to know that I am not just "textbook" therapist that is here to throw what I learned in school. But rather, someone with lived experience and a unique understanding of addiction that has been shaped to help others. I offer support from the perspective of the person as a whole and the systems they interact with on a daily basis. Through this model, we can identify what may be causing the disruptions/triggers to use and work through the challenges to overcome them.
