My practice addresses individuals seeking a confidential, thoughtful space to sit with emotional and psychological complexity. This includes experiences such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, disordered eating, relational distress, grief, shame, and questions of meaning or direction (often held quietly and over long periods of time). I also work in a consultative capacity with those facing short-term professional or creative challenges (requiring focus, clarity, and follow-through).
