As a Professional Counselor, I have had the unique opportunity to successfully counsel a diverse population of clients in Hoboken, New Jersey and surrounding communities. My work has focused on the diagnosis and treatment of presentations including ADHD, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, oppositional and defiant behavior, and parenting difficulties, employing evidence-based cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic interventions. My client population has predominantly consisted of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Individuals have achieved an increased ability to manage disturbances in mood, learned anxiety management strategies, and improved adjustment to major life transitions among other achievements.
