Having been a therapist since 2004, I have worked with a range of clients, such as co-dependency, anger, OCD, phobias, panic disorders, and PTSD & trauma with individuals, couples, and families, and I have learned that every client is vastly different. One thing that is the same is that the goal for the client is always moving towards living the kind of life they want. That looks different for everyone because we all have our own values.
