Guided by compassion, rooted in trauma informed care, and with a commitment to authenticity — I believe healing occurs when you feel seen and supported. My practice pulls from a diversity of sources, and I have an intuitive sense of how to best utilize them to meet the unique needs of every person who walks through the door. Some of the challenges I work with are PTSD and trauma, childhood abuse, substance abuse and/or compulsivity related to eating, pornography, and sexuality, relationship and intimacy issues, self worth, self harm and suicidal ideation, court mandates, and depression and anxiety. Trust, equanimity, self-worth, and self-love are the goals I enjoy working towards. With fifteen years experience in the mental health field, I’ve learned how crucial it is to feel you have someone on your side. I celebrate any and all identities, and am a Racial Justice and LGBTQIA+ ally.
