Many of the people I work with feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they are and where they are going. They may be carrying the effects of childhood, adult, or systemic trauma, living with ADHD, struggling with pornography or sexual addiction, overwhelmed by emotions they cannot name, or repeating the same conflict cycles in relationships. Some feel distant from their partner or family, while others are wrestling with faith, identity, or purpose. What they want is healing, clarity, and practical tools that help them move out of survival mode, build healthier relationships, and live a more grounded, intentional life.
