My ideal client? Probably you! Therapy requires engagement, and searching for a therapist is a great, positive step. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I've become pretty good at engaging even the most reluctant. I really enjoy helping others find their identity and their comfortable space. I tend to work with anxiety disorders, trauma, and family conflict. Of course, what is trauma and conflict without stress, anger, and low moods? I've worked with pretty much everything, and helping people identify their needs, goals, and a direction is very satisfying. I have 11 years of therapy experience. I started my journey in crisis work, working at a high school and 5 years working with foster children and their families. As such, I've become proficient at family therapy, identity concerns and advocacy, supporting family systems, and crisis management.
