I am currently taking new clients, and can do appointments in person or via telehealth, with mostly evening availability. Starting therapy can be a big step, whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, healing from trauma, or want trying to make life changes. I help clients develop coping skills, navigate stressful relationships, and above all provide a safe space to feel heard and express your authentic self.
