I offer psychotherapy to adults of all ages, children and teens. My style is collaborative and interactive and is part of creating a safe, empathic relationship that is the foundation for open communication and exploration of what is most relevant to each client. My approach is relational, trauma informed, and culturally and socially attuned, but draws on a variety of therapeutic models. I approach the therapeutic process with openness and flexibility to meet the current and changing needs of each individual. I believe that therapy can be transformative and should always play an active role in appreciable growth and change.
