Life is down right difficult, plain and simple. One of the most courageous things you can do is take responsibility for your life, and face the pain that comes with it. My ideal client is someone that is feeling lost and overwhelmed with life. Someone who is ready, but unsure how to face these difficulties. This can include relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety etc. True healing occurs when you allow yourself to experience and express your emotions.
