I’m passionate about working with all types of individuals facing a wide variety of challenges. People come to therapy because they’re wanting support, change, or healing. I believe that together we can co-create a therapy space that helps accomplish this. I have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, low self-esteem, and self harm. As a gay man, I have particular clinical interest, personal experience, and professional knowledge helping individuals seeking therapy to process their sexual identity. Additionally, I'm trained in EMDR for trauma reprocessing and recovery.
