Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I graduated from Liberty University in 2019 and have been practicing since then. I specialize in helping clients overcome their past traumas and present struggles to help them live their most fulfilling life! Together, we can help you to become the person you have always dreamed of becoming. In our first session, my goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while gaining the information to help you best achieve your goals. Going to therapy can feel scary, weird, and awkward. My aim is to alleviate that as much as possible! Utilizing EMDR to help clients overcome things they feel they can never overcome is my greatest strength. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help someone change their life in a positive manner.
