I believe that therapy can be about much more than just healing from or diving into the past. Therapy is a journey to wellness and living one's best life. I view clients holistically to develop goals based on their own values, taking an eclectic, person-centered therapeutic approach that tailors treatment to each individual. I meet clients where they are at in a respectful, judgment-free and safe setting, applying mindfulness as well as cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and existential therapies. I work with sex positivity, open marriages, polyamory, kinks, and sex work with clients of all genders and sexual persuasions.
