In addition to supporting LGBTQ folks, I work with adults 18+ experiencing grief and loss, caregiver burnout/stress, life transitions, and anxiety and depression. My ultimate goal for my clients is that with the right support, they can learn to become their own best friend. Wherever you are on your path of growth, the good news is that there’s always room for more.
