Hello and welcome to my practice! For four years I have worked with individuals who have experienced or currently struggle with depression, anxiety, loss, history of trauma, life transitions or relationships. It has been my privilege to provide clients with an alliance where we collaboratively work to develop coping strategies to foster agency and growth.
