I believe everyone has a story, a unique story. Sometimes our story needs editing, sometimes it needs revision. Sometimes it just needs the next chapter to be written. This is what I believe can be accomplished with therapy but only when the person has decided the story needs to be explored. I work to help individuals better understand their unique personality and the way they process their thoughts and emotions and how these thoughts and emotions impact their relationships.
