For over 30 years I have worked with adolescents, young adults and adults. Life transitions are a time of tremendous challenge for most people and in some cases, it can coincide with signs of a serious mental health crisis. For example, the transitions from middle to high school, or high school to college and beyond. I’ve worked with many freshman college students in crisis, helping them to strategize and rebuild their approach and guiding their re-engagement.
