As a therapist, I seek to join with my clients, not as a teacher or “expert”, but as a teammate and partner. My approach to therapy is to build a genuine connection with my clients based on their unique perspectives and needs. I am particularly passionate about supporting couples and families challenged by mental health and interpersonal issues. I also enjoy and have experience working with adolescents and young adults to meet their unique needs.
