I am a psychodynamic therapist trained in Berkeley, Calif., and primarily work from Object Relations and Control Mastery theories. I also incorporate the Japanese based Naikan psychotherapy and Mindfulness Meditation that may benefit from more of an Eastern approach in their treatment.
