I have an MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology, a psychodynamic process which engages the natural healing power of the psyche through symbolic experience, fantasy and dream work. My tool box includes Depth Psychotherapy, Soul work, Positive Self Psychology, Mind Body integration and awareness through Somatic Experiencing. I incorporate Yoga Psychology and philosophy, Buddhist perspective & mindfulness meditation, foundation work in trauma and addiction, as well as neurobiology and brain plasticity. I'm particularly interested in the overlap between eastern thought, spirituality and western psychology in the search for individual meaning and purpose.
