I specialize in supporting people dealing with ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious about the future, struggle with social situations or interpersonal relationships, and have negative thoughts about themselves or a generally pessimistic outlook. Additionally, they may face difficulties with racing thoughts, impulsivity, organization skills, procrastination, time management, and emotional regulation. In our work together, I provide a warm and safe space to gain insight, develop personalized strategies, and build effective coping skills.
