I offer individual counseling as well as group psychotherapy dealing with issues ranging from deep depression and anxiety to improving relationships and communication. The stress and anxiety of making life transitions, like from high school to college or college to the workforce, can be daunting. I help people dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, and substance abuse issues to actively address their concerns and improve their lives. I help clients identify and act upon issues surrounding these challenges and figure out what to do once there.
