Stress, depression, and anxiety can interfere with relationships, school, work, and sense of belonging. For those who feel they have unhealthy or unwanted thoughts, feelings or habits, therapy can be a place to explore and create a path forward. Sometimes you just need a space to be open and honest, to be heard without judgement, to speak your truth.
