Hello there! If you are reading this, chances are you have been experiencing difficulties for which you have not found lasting solutions. That is okay and it does happen to all of us at one point or another. Gaining a better understanding of these difficulties, where they stem from, how they are maintained, and barriers to making changes are part of the processes people find helpful in getting their life back on track.
