Sometimes it can feel like something is holding you back from living the life you envision, or at times, you can feel lost and don't know what else to do. I can help clients discover the answer. I will never tell clients what to do, but through healthy conversation, guidance and recommendations, I can help clients have more fulfilling relationships, empower clients to take action on their own, and help create and achieve personal goals. My therapeutic approach in each session is listening to clients closely, asking questions as needed to fully understand the issues discussed, and validating my client’s emotions and feelings. I specialize in supporting clients who struggle with managing increase daily stressors, anxiety, depression, and life changes. My clinical skills help clients identify, create, and change unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. I focus on assisting clients in developing practical coping skills, increasing self-awareness and self-esteem through emotional support.
