I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood challenges, men’s issues, and relationship concerns, including marital difficulties. I provide neurodivergent-affirming care in a supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and accepted as they are. Using an integrative approach that blends DBT, CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic techniques, I help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, and break patterns that no longer serve them. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, strengthen resilience, and cultivate self-compassion.
