I am passionate about bringing healing, hope, and wholeness in the wake of the most difficult situations life throws at us. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking to decrease anxiety or depression, heal from significant losses and hurts, solve difficult problems, or just feel better about themselves. The most common feedback I receive from my clients is they always come away having learned something new about themselves or something practical to use in their lives. Since 2011, I have endeavored to create a comfortable and non-judgmental atmosphere that allows my clients to feel understood and accepted.
