My successful clients are active psychotherapy participants who are dedicated and motivated for change. Introspective, he/she thinks about therapy outside of the office and attempts to use the knowledge and insight gained to improve relationships, goals, and life satisfaction. At times, psychotherapy requires difficult work from both the therapist and client, and the outcome is predicated by the mutual effort vested in the therapeutic process.
