As a dual-service combat veteran, I am naturally drawn towards helping our military and first responder communities, both individually and in their relationships. Strong, healthy connections are a critical component of success in these kind of high stress careers and I am here to help you identify areas of growth. As someone who has personally recovered from Post-Traumatic Stress Injury and addiction, I am able to meet you where you are and journey with you. With my past life experience, I am uniquely prepared to sit with you in your darkest hour. My goal as your therapist is for you to find your way to your best version of you.
