I specialize in couples work also provide individual and family therapy. I provide a safe and authentic space to understand and process emotion, cultivate mindfulness, develop skills, and navigate life transitions. My favorite pathway to supporting client growth and healing is through relational repair, not only with others but through the ways that clients come to understand and treat themselves. I view therapy as a collaborative undertaking where new understandings can emerge and where dormant capacities for connection can be unblocked.
