I am a second-generation child of immigrants, a Cuban-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I specialize in holding space for children and adults to heal from trauma, transform their relationship to themselves, and navigate unexpected life transitions. My approach to therapy is relational and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection.
