When you meet with me we will unpack what you have been carrying around and work together to establish goals aimed at improving your life satisfaction. Through this process, you can gain greater self-awareness and develop new skills for managing your emotions and relationships. I work with clients who struggle with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and mood disorders. I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients gain a different perspective on their thought and behavior patterns to develop effective strategies to achieve their goals.
