Throughout the course of my life, I have known the most fulfillment out of supporting others who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and many others. I have worked with children as young as 2 through ABA therapy, with adolescents, and with adults and have seen quality of life improved consistently. I work with the client to identify their strengths and values and help collaborate to identify strategies to reach their goals.
