Life changes fast, but we’re often expected to keep moving like nothing happened. Maybe you’re grieving someone and can’t figure out what life is supposed to look like now, or a parent trying to hold onto your relationship with your kid while also giving them the independence they’re asking for. Or, you might be a teen, trying to figure out who you are and what you believe. Whatever brings you here, therapy is somewhere you don’t have to have it all figured out or pretend “everything’s fine.” We’ll work together to sort through the thoughts, feelings, and relationship issues that don’t always make sense on their own.
