Currently accepting new clients with immediate availability. I work with individuals and families who are facing challenges in relationships, parenting, and personal growth. Many of my clients are men and women navigating struggles in their marriages and relationships, those overwhelmed by work stress, and parents who feel anxious about their children. I also provide support to adults adjusting to a recent ADHD diagnosis, offering tools and strategies to help them thrive. In addition, I have extensive experience working with teenagers and young adults as they cope with anxiety and the pressures of growing up. My approach is compassionate and practical, focused on helping you gain clarity, develop healthier patterns, and strengthen your connections with others. Outside of counseling, I’m passionate about the outdoors, fitness, traveling, music, and adventures with friends and family—interests that shape the energy and creativity I bring into my work.
