While pain is an inevitable part of existence, suffering does not have to be. My role is to provide a nonjudgmental space to work through what challenges you. Anxiety and depression, relational or end of relationship issues, interpersonal conflict, substance use, teenage difficulties, social anxiety, lack of meaning or purpose, are my areas of most experience.
