My approach is client-centered, focusing on the depth of your experiences, and finding new insight and resolutions to the difficulties in your life. I have a personal and professional background in multicultural issues that make me adaptable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I specialize in teen issues, grief, depression and anxiety. I am passionate about helping those in need and do not shy away from difficult topics or issues, and I come to each session with an open mind and heart.
