I specialize in treating adults in their 20's and 30's. Most of my clients have the things that they believe constitute a good life (secure jobs, close friend groups, active social lives, etc) yet they continue to feel anxious, lost, sad, unfulfilled, burned out, and perplexed by what their purpose on this earth really is. Additionally, many of them experience significant distress caused by an endless drive towards achievement rather than fulfillment and a self-defeating pattern of comparing themselves to others.
