I am a multicultural, binational (American Brazilian) psychologist licensed in New York and Texas. I'm committed to providing quality, individual psychotherapy in a mutually respectful relationship. I work with adults and young adults from all lifestyles and backgrounds who are experiencing long-term issues with depression and/or anxiety. My usual client has been using some coping skills and is now motivated to, gradually, process difficult thoughts, memories and emotions. With time, this process allows us to connect with a renewed sense of self, one that feels more unique, authentic, and is more naturally energetic and driven.
