I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, teens, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. My work focuses on areas such as anxiety, relationship struggles, co-parenting, and divorce, supporting clients through difficult transitions while helping them create stronger and more fulfilling lives. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and systemic perspectives. Rooted in strength-based practices, I believe deeply in each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.
