I know what it feels like to hold yourself together for everyone else while inside you’re running on empty. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where people, especially women, can take off the mask, speak freely, and not feel judged for what they’re going through. My clients often come to me struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, relationship stress, family conflict, or life transitions like adjusting to motherhood and postpartum depression. They want relief, but more than that, they want to feel like themselves again.
